Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please check your spam folder in case our email gets caught up in the spam. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at info@perpetua.com.tr
Please note, once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order.
PERPETUA reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

SHIPPING
Your order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email notification with your tracking number.
Please note, delivery times provided are estimated to be used as a guideline only. Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the estimated time frame.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
DOMESTIC
We offer free ground shipping on all orders to the domestic Turkey.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to to offer you an exchange or a full refund within 14 days from the tax invoice date.

Please note that all made to order sales are final. You will not be able to use your Right of Withdrawal in cases where the following goods or services are purchased.
– Products that are specially prepared or designed, modified, added or removed in line with the Buyer’s wishes or personal needs.
– Products with any changes and/or additions at the request of the Buyer to the original size, weight or design previously determined by the Seller.
– Items that cannot be resold
– Products that are prepared with white or rose gold and therefore evaluated within the scope of special orders as mentioned above.
– Products that are custom-made/designed according to personal measurements or by other means.
– Products that are not eligible for return in means of health/hygiene of which protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery.
In the case the goods are faulty: you must inform us by emailing to info@perpetua.com.tr including all details of the order and defect or other reason for return.
Proof of purchase is required, being either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from PERPETUA. Items must be returned to PERPETUA head office.

Upon receipt of the item, we will send you an email notification and refund to you the purchase price for the item, less any shipping costs, within 10 working days.
All return items should be in their original conditions with the original packaging.
